Hi, we are Amit and Asaf, marathon runners and Ironmen.

Together we have developed the most unique, good, and effective way to make the world of running accessible to everyone - whether you are taking your first steps in the world of running or whether your dream is to improve your results.
We have promoted dozens of trainees to their goal with great success, with a fun and exciting running experience, through a unique program that is built specifically for each trainee.
Together we will lead you to the realization of your dream in the field of running, in the most accurate and professional way.
Every step of the program is checked by us and dozens of our trainees.

Our processes

Half a year process

This is an extraordinary process which we accompany you personally.

In a program that is built especially for you according to training theory

And depending on the level of aerobic and physical fitness, residential area, working hours, type of running (terrain, trails, road, track) and health conditions.
Receiving a dedicated program adapted to each trainee based on a precise questionnaire that we have built over the years of experience we have accumulated.
The program includes a sports system (running, strength, swimming, riding, flexibility, stability, nutrition).

Also, the trainees are entitled to a characterization run and even accompaniment in the tests.

This process is suitable for every person whose dream is to run any distance and even succeed in a marathon.

A three -month process

This is an extraordinary process which we accompany you personally.

In a program that is built especially for you according to training theory

And depending on the level of aerobic and physical fitness, residential area, working hours, type of running (terrain, trails, road, track) and health conditions.
Receiving a dedicated program adapted to each trainee based on a precise questionnaire that we have built over the years of experience we have accumulated.
The program includes a sports system (running, strength, swimming, riding, flexibility, stability, nutrition).

Also, the trainees are entitled to a characterization run and even accompaniment in the tests.
This process is suitable for any person whose dream is to run up to a half marathon with a running past or a person who only dreams of running 10 km for the first time and has no running history.
In addition, it may suit those who are training for a marathon and want to be precise in the remaining time of their program.

I came to Amit and asaf at the beginning of my journey with a lot of concerns about running.

I had trouble running 3 kilometers and I am proud to say that I managed to complete a half marathon!
